Meet Sandra Daoust:
Values and Principles
Sovereign: /ˈsɒv.ər.ɪn/ - having the highest power or being completely independent. Derived from the Latin for Super.
Wellness: /ˈwel.nəs/ - the state of being healthy, especially when it is something that you actively try to achieve. Derived from Old English and Latin meaning “to wish, will.” Coupled with “ness” which denotes an action, quality, or state.
I value authenticity, compassion, and collaboration. I believe in your right to govern yourself, and I’m committed to creating a space rooted in consent, curiosity, and deep respect. My work is guided by integrity, attunement, and the belief that healing happens when we feel safe to be fully seen.

You are not broken—and you don’t need fixing. At your core, you are whole. But life, trauma, loss, stress, and relationships can make you feel fragmented or out of alignment. My work is about helping you remember who you are beneath the layers: sovereign, worthy, and capable of living an authentic life.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, grief, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and the impacts of childhood trauma. I also support individuals who feel burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply respectful of your unique lived experience.
Together, we explore not just your struggles, but also your inner wisdom. My style weaves talk therapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and self-inquiry—helping you reconnect with your body, emotions, and sense of self. Whether you’re looking to build healthier boundaries, process grief, heal old wounds, or rediscover joy, I offer a safe and grounded space to do that work.
Healing is not linear, but it is possible. You don’t have to do it alone.
